Airport Limousine Bus:

There is a convenient direct bus service (Airport Limousine Bus) between Narita Airport and main hotels in Tokyo.  Go to Hotel Okura or ANA Intercontinental Tokyo.  It takes about 80-120 min. and costs 3,000yen for one way.  Timetable is here.

Train:

Monorail
1) Go to Hamamatsucho station.
2) Transfer to JR Yamanote or Keihin Tohoku Line and go to Shimbashi station.
3) Transfer to Subway Ginza Line and go to Tameikesanno.

Keihin Kyuko Line
1) Go to Shinagawa station.
2) Transfer to JR Yamanote or Keihin Tohoku Line and go to Shimbashi station.
3) Transfer to Subway Ginza Line and go to Tameikesanno.
